Firstly was a satisfied customer until today Friday 25th of November 2016 as I was looking on my day off work to see if I can purchase a lamp table to match the furniture that my sons purchased for me for my Birthday… At the end of July … It’s called the” The New England “… I was told that we haven’t had that for so long by a girl , than I told when it was purchased she I’ll put you on to someone than he said the same than said I think I have found the last two I’ll go see .. Comes back & said it’s $250 the amount my son paid for the coffee table… I said to him can you do any better deal as it the last two & discontinued & not available online or in store anymore he said NO as it’s in the box … “A” these people didn’t even know they had it at all “B” how is it going to sit outside when I’m willing to buy it a resonable price $$ to later to right it off or do stocktake ??? That was the Aurburn store … So I rang the Bankstown store he said he didn’t have any than said Aurburn did he said you should get it cheaper … Than he said I might have a floor stock went & had a look .. He did but said $200 I said it’s floor stock he said ok I’ll ask the manager than said $175 has it any scratches he said maybe I said $150 they said NO …. Are you sure as they will probably sell it less as I’m in retail & know any price reasonable price is a SALE at the end of the especially a discontinued line …. I thought always make the customer happy as they will come back & tell family & friends …. A very mad & upset customer… Thought it was Christmas ….. ???
