This is nothing political, and I have seen the work you have done, and a kind man.

I don’t want to the sucking up and I know many people ask you for help.

I live in Sydney and rent a place underneath a house which is absolutely disgusting but it’s all I can afford.

I take care of my mother who had a stroke, and we are in dire need for charity, I only received $500 a week for caring for my mother and we struggle I cannot afford carers or but extra equipment that’s needed,.

I’m really crying out for financial help, I do understand that you probably get inundated with help fir charity.

I’m simply just asking for your help, If I could meet you and you could see my place that would help but would be difficult, I can send a tonne of photos of the place, my mother and myself.

It would be nice if someone could help us would truly be helping 2 human beings in great need.

On the 21st day of May 2020, I saw a beautiful ring at your store. I tried it on and it did not fit. The operator no.86762, fitted me and my ring size was an ‘R’ and she said that it would be covered in the jewellery care plan which would be an additional $54.00. Two weeks later, on the 4th of June 2020I went in with the final payment, after I paid the girl told me that it was more than $54.00 because it was the end of your financial year and prices went up, and in additon to this I had to pay another $30.00 for ring resizing. This was very different to what I was told when I purchased the ring. I was not going to pay anymore money and demanded my money back which I was given. I am glad your company is doing so well that they are happy to give me $549.00 dollars back because you like to keep adding charges which was not made clear at time of purchase. Goldmark was my favourite, not anymore. I will not recommend. My layby number 1195980.

I am very disappointed in your store service which was none today, I asked a young lad if you had a certain drop in the net curtain section he said if you cant find it there then no, wouldn’t even come over to help me look ,I might add you would be lucky to find anything there it was such a shambles. Hello Peter, I have been one of your customers for many years and I have always enjoyed reading “A Message from the CEO” I was particularly moved when reading your recent message concerning Covid-19. My husband and myself (both in our 70’s), have been in the same family home, since our marriage (53 years) and have been very impressed with the friendliness of people who pass our place on their daily walk. Many of these people, we have never seen before. We have kept ourselves busy with gardening, walking in our tree-lined neighbourhood, cleaning solar panels, gutters etc. As we are close to Adelaide’s beaches, they have provided real incentive to visit during our glorious autumn weather.
Once again, thank you for your regular newsletters and may I also add, that I have always found your staff friendly, co-operative and very easy to place my orders with.
