Want to send a case of wine to a California friend
We live in Naples Fl for 6 months out of the year and have been loyal customers for 6 years. The customer service, professionalism, product knowledge of your associates is at the highest level. On 3/1/19 we had another exceptional experience. The associates name was David he went to the extreme to make sure we got the exact product we were looking for. He is a relative new associate, you are very lucky to have him on your team. I gave feedback to one of your managers and he told me if I gave feedback to Corporate it would mean more.
I can’t find out how to contact you any other way. The store says call the 855-# and the 855 number says to e-mail you – very confusing.
