    I just went into spotlight Hobart without my voucher for $40.00 when I spend $100 . Waited in line for a Long time AS USUAL and was told I couldn’t get my $100. Worth as I didn’t have my voucher …. I do live a fair way from shop so I am extremely annoyed as I shop there ALL THE TIME even bought sewing machines ect …. This disgusting Shop is the only place in Hobart to buy sewing items . I even buy online a lot . Being a good customer and having a card obviously doesn’t mean anything . Obviously if I had a card I would have got a catalog and there fore received a voucher . No body in Hobart likes spotlight BUT THIS IS ALL WE HAVE . So treating your customers like this is not ok . 2 people also in same line didn’t have their voucher

    Hi i was at spotlight Taree store. And i eas looking for a ceap alternative to cover my carport for a party next Saturday. I saw on a clearence table a roll that said 10.00 each. It had approximately 9.5 mtrs on it. As i went to purchase it. They said its not marked right it should be 10.00 a mtre. The called the store manager up Sharon she said they marked it wrong and i can not sell it to me for that price. If the tags says 10.00 each. Then she should have given it to me for that price. I found Sharon to be very desending and brupt. I am not happy with the service from her at all.

    I really feel for the person who left their voucher at home. Can I suggest that you have them scan it off your phone linked to your email. I have done this in the past and it worked well.

    Hi I have just had some beautiful plantation blinds supplied and installed by you. They look wonderful. I do have one question tho, We were given a quote and told that at that time there was a thirty percent discount on blinds(22/6/2016) and if we paid on the day we had them measured then we would get another ten percent. I have tried to work out how this percentage was applied but can’t get to the same cost as we were given. Could you possibly explain it to me? The initial cost was. $5742.37. The end cost was $3963.66. Your reply would be greatly appreciated.regards Sue

    Looking for someone to help me get my two curtain tracks installed before the 3/1/17 , I ordered them early October and was told it would take three weeks, installation in January is outrageous, I’ve rung spotlight and have received the runaround, transferred to every department , no one wants to help

    Spotlight in Frankston Vic. not only sells products that do not contain the full amount of items that you pay for, they also have extremely poor customer service. Lodging a complaint on their website brought no results at all. Apparently they don’t care about ripping off their customers or treating them with total disregard.

    NOT HAPPY after many years of using your over the phone orders service at the cannington store with wonderful service. now being told i have use the online service which quite frankly is disgusting, and the support phone call centre is very unhelpful.
    i have not been able to access the spotlight online store for at least 7 days, when ringing the support call centre being told ring back in 30 mins if i still can not access the site. how calls do you need to make and many emails do you need to send ? i am feel that there is a total disregard for your loyal country customers. i want to know how i can place the order that need to place. feeling very fustrated. may need to take business else where.

    I have updated my details several times with no success.only recently as last week.I have not received and bonus offers or birthday vouchers which is disappointing. Rang last week confirmed my details and was told I would receive my birthday voucher by email,still waiting.Would someone please act on this.

    I am very disappointed in your store service which was none today, I asked a young lad if you had a certain drop in the net curtain section he said if you cant find it there then no, wouldn’t even come over to help me look ,I might add you would be lucky to find anything there it was such a shambles.
