  2. I hacw triws to book 3 times at ‘The Captains balcony’ and there were no available times for Living Social vouchers. I tried again today and again, there was nothing on offer.

    My voucher #4 Redemption Code: GPX-3XQ expires tomorrow so there is nothing I can do but request a refund please. The voucher says we are entitled to a full refund or credit. Which we now request in frustration with this company.

    This is the 5th time i have sent a request to you over the last 3 weeks, with no reply, could you please contact.

    Unfortunately we now cannot make our trip to the Marriott Seminyak as I have been diagnosed with cancer.
    I am undergoing treatment as I am writing this.
    I see that this a non refundable could this fare be made refundable in this case, or used in 2017?

  5. Hi. I sent eight messages now to ask for my vouchers to be sent because I could not upload them onto my phone. As each voucher expired I sent more messages asking for them to be sent with an updated expiry date. I received an email back from you saying you try to honour all purchases and that I can still use the vouchers even though the expiry date has passed. I tried calling four of the six purchases in question but they said they have to receive a copy of the purchase with the updated expiry date and all four said they would not honour the vouchers now.   10. I have been asking for several weeks to correct a problem but I am having no success. I bought 1 beauty treatment but was charged twice for it by Zip Pay. They refuse to refund unless Living Social advises them that there has been only 1 purchase. I tried processing the payment for $50.15 but an error message came up. I tried processing again and I was charged $59.00. I check my Zip Pay activity statement and I saw that the first payment of $50.15 was taken by Zip Pay and I was charged a second time $59.00 for the same purchase.

    I am amazed with the lack of customer service at Living Social and Zip Pay. How about someone helping rectify the problem? All you ahave to do is look at my account and you will see that there is only 1 purchase.


  11. Ive been following up for over 2 weeks about 2 vouchers ii have paid for and only and have only received one. It seems impossible to speak to anyone. Previous communications have been satisfactory in the past. Please LS make it easier for people to contact you . I’m now on my third email and no response?
