    I purchased under Order Number C0791398507 two mistral tumble dryers on 11/12/15 These were intended for two small apartments I own and were opened the day before yesterday. They are both faulty and do not work. In one the tumble drier simply does not spin at all, and in the other it makes a rather horrendous grinding noise. They are obviously both damaged and inoperable straight out of the box.

    I need those dryers urgently replaced or repaired, so I need to know whether you have a local service agent to repair them in Ballarat Victoria preferably, as it would obviously be expensive to send them back to Melbourne where they came.

    This is the third time I have attempted to email without any response so far. I’d have to say I find it rather extraordinary and I have never had such a dual appliance failure from any online purchase before. It seems exceptional that both dryers are faulty when brand-new.

    Please contact me immediately with any information about how these machines can be repaired and or replaced. Your contact phone numbers also do not seem to function, so I need a proper phone number as well.

    If I receive no contact within 24 hours I will be contacting Consumer Affairs Victoria.

    You are all wasting your time with Deals Direct. I have been trying to get a refund or replacement for a faulty item for weeks. They send you to a link to fill in then don’t respond or if they do ask you to email them but it’s a “do not reply” address! They have taken mine and lots of others complaints of facebook and blocked us. I have reported them to the ACCC and am waiting a response. I would ask that everyone else contacts them as well so they might actually do something to stop this.

    Have received Deals Firect email 25/1 that my faulty goods were receuved at Deals Direct 30/1 by Deals Direct Courier. Deals Direct Email 25/1 states reimbursement 2 to 5 days. Now cannot contact Deals Direct refunds on phone, email or mail.

    I received a faulty outdoor setting. It has been now almost 2 weeks of trying to contact Deals Direct and I am yet to hear back as to when I will expect this problem to be rectified. I have experienced similar problems to others as they do not have a customer service phone number where you can speak to someone and they do not reply to messages sent through their contact webpage. I have now left multiple messages with them so if I do not hear back by the end of Mon 7 March I will be contacting the ACCC. Deals Direct, please call me on 0403033081.

    I have tried for 2 whole months repeatedly to get replacement or refund for a broken trike that I bought as a Christmas gift. I have numerous contacts from the Help Desk, I have left many phone messages and still no result at all. They say they will contact you in 2 working day……all lies!!     I purchased a mistral dryer from deals direct and it has never worked the barrel does not spin. I have been constantly messaging and trying to get in contact with the customer support but are continually given the run around. I am asked the same questions over and over even though they already have this information. I want a full refund now as it has gone on for too long and I will not be dealing with this company again. If I don’t get my refund I will be going to consumer affairs.

    I have left numerous emails via your Deals Direct Website as there appears to be problems with your website. No response???
    On my previous order there was NO mention that you don’t have these listed items in stock but rather you accept the order and then go sourcing the products with lengthy waiting times. There appears to be no responsibility for this or if the items are faulty. Only a matter of time before people get tired of being scammed ! Get your act together, seriously.

    I now have over 20 messages between us and you have agreed to pick up the incorrect item. You have quoted 2 x different pickup days and you did not pickup on either one.
    Now, when I chase you using your contact message board, there are no replies .. its as if the person (Reena) that I have been in constant contact with has left Dealsdirect.
    It is now approx 6 weeks since you delivered the wrong item and still no pickup / refund.
    Dealsdirect used to be a great Company to deal with, but since being purchased by MySale it has become a complete joke.
    I suggest no one buys from them .. you will get scammed.

    All previous messages/invoices/purchases has been wiped out from my account. What the hell ?

    Very disappointed customer didn’t get what i ordered shampoo split and leaked in package and hairspray every where only 3/4 bottle. packaging should have been put in a box with bubble wrap. Please send my proper order. I won’t shop from here ever again thisisntxthe first time they got wrong. There should be a supervisor to check that the customer receive there proper order obviously no communication and supervision .

    Received the smaller pair of Ugg Boots, Paid for the Taller Ugg Boots. Contacted Deals Direct through Paypal was advised to return to a PO Box. I queried this with no reply. Mailed back to DD as advise, postal paid by DD therefore no tracking number supplied by PO. Paypal advise that DD required a tracking number, and I couldnt supply. Paypal washed their hand of it and told me to deal with Deal Direct which is impossible.

    Made a purchase last night and it should have been paid with Ourpay like every other order I have ever done with them. It took the whole $80.95 straight out of my bank account.
