    I have had no reception for 3 days now. Wtf is going on this happened a couple of weeks ago to. I try ringing customer service & just get hung up on. Time to change providers. I’ve been with you for years & recommended you’s to everyone…but not anymore this is a joke. Your wasting my credit & time. Not happy!

    I won’t say they have the worst customer service because they have NONE. Transferred back to Optus and they still took $$$ from my credit card. Have logged 2 complaints where they say they will email you a reference number but it never arrives. Have tried so many times to call but after waiting the robot says we are busy go to our website and simply hangs up on you. They are a joke, stay well clear as they make Telstra or Optus look good.

    If you want good service provider that has a contact number that you can call for technical issues, don’t bother wasting your time as this company is far from it.
    I have tried contacting the customer care numerous times and it seems to lead no where. Not once in the years of being with them have I been able to get in touch with a customer care consultant. Recharged two weeks ago and received a text that I have no more credit left, yet I’m on unlimited. This has happened several times and i’ve had to use live chat to sort so imagine my irritation. I have contemplated at least a dozen times to change services but I’ve been unable to transfer my number as this provider does not have customer care even though they advertise the number that leads no where.

    This is the second time that i have been left stranded with no service for days on end and no customer care whatsover i think a change is needed as you can not get a email or speak to an actual person without being hung up on

    For a company that claims to be a award winner in customer service, i have no idea who voted for amaysim apart from the ceo. Their customer service is worse than the 100 next worse combined. Memo for the ceo. Customer service with a human being is what 99% of what consumers want, not spending over an hour listening to a moronic robot, who wants to direct you to computor.     Ridiculous wait time for them to respond on the phone. Nothing in the website helps. If these guys do not know how to run a mobile phone business
    I strongly suggest they should close down the business and do something else which isnt related to customer service. Deplorable and highly unacceptable. There are many other ways and businesses to make money. I hope the fat cats in this office is reading this!!!

    Recharge on prepaid failed. Says try again. Customer support not reachable AT ALL! Wasting time on wire listening to the moronic ads – Live Chat does not work for me too. Customer support renderent not existing. Time to vote for this “winner of the year” with my feet. Extremely NOT HAPPY!
