I did not receive a confirmation email and I do not even know my reservation number.
I want to make sure I have not made a reservation.
If the reservation is not made, will the payment be canceled?

Booked a one way ticket through Flight Centre from Melbourne to Brisbane. Had to cancel due to medical reasons and not only lost the money I had paid for the fare but got no explanation and found it extremely frustrating dealing with Virgin customer service which apparently operates out of the Philippines. I require explanation and refund on my ticket or I will contact the Onbudsman.
