i have purchased an Oroton hand bag, in DFO Brisbane SHOP T30, on one side the handle is breaking and I am very disappointed, this purchase was on 26/05/2017 ..
I have photos and docket, the bag is MLN – WRK PBLE, TOTE BLK , OSFA

About 28 29 June 2017 i entered the Oroton store in the Westfield shopping centre in the Sydney CBD.The service from a wonderful young lady by the name of Jules (Julie) Evans was at the least fantastic,the passion and enthusiasm shown by her was way above anything i have ever received in any retail store.Jules made the whole experience something i will remember for the rest of my days. I looked at a lot of stores that day and a lot of handbags, the reason i returned to the Oroton store to make my purchase was Jules. The products have been gifted and received with great pleasure and the memory of our experience will last as long as the beautiful handbag and wallet.(a life time)
Thankyou so much Jules for being the person that you are.

I buy almost all new men’s products. There isn’t a bag that I own. However, the service that I received from Rundel mall store, Adelaide, today is bismal at the best. I will never visit THAT store. Coustomer service and knowledge base about products were pathetic. I get STUNNINGLY good service from your Burnside store in Adelaide. This kind of discrepancy is really surprising and abominable.

Hi guys, I have an older Oroton bag that I love. The brass buckle holding the strap has lost two screws. I am hoping that I can purchase a couple of new ones. I have photos I can send through, who would I send them to?
