My family were watching Network 10 over the past weekend and again tonight (21st Aug) around 8:30pm and to our disgust was an Advertisement from Sanitary Company “Libra” about woman having their “Periods” with graphic footage. This footage made my Wife & I angry and both of us found it difficult to explain to our 10yo twin boys what was going on.
Can this please be removed from television especially around family viewing times.
Imagine the uproar if their was an ad showing the benefits and easy use of Condoms and what it is that goes into them as does this advert showing blood on a pad and blood running down a woman’s inner thigh. We felt sick!
This i feel is a definite double standard and can’t be shown again.
I’m so angry!
