I have issues with a product purchased late last year and cannot get any response from support@mydeal [waste of time trying to phone and email support appears to be a non event ,been waiting 72hrs for latest complaint on defective purchase and three weeks on the original complaint ]

absolutely disgusting customer service.
Placed an order on 29 October, payment by paypal went through – BUT for some reason my order is “on hold”
sent an email asking for order status, which opened a customer support ticket on 03 November. sent an email asking about my order status under the same ticket number on 07 November, spent 30 minutes on hold on 08 November – gave up. Sent an email asking about my order status under the same ticket number – not very hopeful about getting any kind of response and will reverse my paypal payment if I don’t hear from my deal by tomorrow afternoon.
