I only wear lorna Jane everyday. My whole waredrobe is lorna Jane and valved at about 15, ooo dollars. But the last few pair of tights I’ve bought have been poor Quality where the labels have been peeling after only wearing them for about a month. And they also have been getting very fluffy To point where I don’t even want to wear them. I also wash everything in the lorna Jane wash bags and only hang them inside. A pair of tights I braught from 2-3 months ago from the Mandurah store have ripped at the seems so I took them back to the Rockingham store as Mandurah has closed down. it was a Thursday night and the lady informed me that the office was closed that she needed to call to get my details for the transaction as I no longer have the reciept and for me to come back during the week and they would call up the office and help me out which was completely fine. I then phoned up the store on Saturday the 16th of July and specifically asked that if I came up there again would the office be open for them to call and help me out. the girl checked with the manager that the office would be open and said yes they are open and for me to come down as the manager was in and would get it resolved. I live half an hour away that is why I checked before going there that this could all be sorted. I got to the shop and the two girls were standing there talking and didn’t acknowledge me, I walked up to them and stood there and it wasn’t until they had finished there conversation that they asked me how they could help. I told them I phoned up earlier about my tights being torn and the manager had a look at them and said she would phone the office for me to get my proof of purchase details.
she then came over to me and told me that the office is closed on a Saturday and that there’s nothing she can do and that I will have to come back AGAIN during the week when the office opens.
I told her that this is the reason why I phoned before leaving as I didn’t want take time out of my day to drive all the way to the store if the office wasn’t open and they couldn’t help me. she said there is nothing she can do.
I have rung up the office myself and gave description of the tights and how long ago I purchased them and the lady gave me my receipt number which I then drove back to the Rockingham store with. the lady searched it up and informed me it was wrong receipt number as the tights on the reciept weren’t the same as the ones I had brought it and once again there is nothing she can do to help me.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the customer service I received. the tights are only 2-3 months old which shouldn’t have torn in such little time especially with the price that they are and are clearly faulty. it’s now taken me 3 trips to a store half an hour away from me to come back home with nothing done about them.
