Was informed by SuperShuttle in New York City after canceling Booking #’s 1073240 and 1073241 under your reference #SSV1856 Reservations made
for pick up Oct 27 and Drop off Oct 30 LaGuardia to Hyatt Hotel that you would have to reimburse the $18.87 each way cost. Reservations where not used because of delay in pick up and poor communication with dispatcher.
They seemed not to know where their shuttles where or ETA. Had to take a much more expensive taxi both ways. Please reimburse my Visa. Contact me me phone 208 863 4339 if you have questions.
