Hi Jag,
I opened your chat box on your website to make an enquiry and now I can’t close it. Even when I shut the site down and reopen it is still there!
It is obscuring my screen and preventing me from browsing. I managed to checkout with 2 items but was wanting to browse more.
As you can see from the attached screenshot, your chat box is hidden at the top under my toolbar so I can’t see the X to shut it down.
Please fix quickly; I’d like to do more shopping!
