  1. I am pleased that someone (you) who walks with GOD speaks about sexuality as He requires. Homosexuality etc may be “legal” but it is not ethical or moral. Sometimes governments desire to be re-elected more than they desire to do God’s Will.

  2. Israel Folau is the one being discriminated against. He is a hero. He has a much bigger heart and mind than the small-minded people who have tried to drag the rug from under his feet.

  3. Dear Israel, It was good that you tackled the gay situation, but unfortunately it is having some negative responses and we don’t want those type of people to become heroes in this battle. I am a retired counsellor and please can you receive my respectful comments on this issue. If you are going to speak out for God on subjects that He has recorded for us, we need to get it right and make sure that those who need to hear, actually hear correctly. Yes, it is serious sin i.e. gays to behave in this way, yet Christ does say there is more chance for Sodom etc. than for a religious hypocrite etc. So this would indicate that (without a deep bible study on the subject), there is more to the story of salvation. What we need to do is let the public know that it is not of God, and that our leaders are definitely leading this nation into some serious problems. If anything we should be praying against what our leaders are making lawful. This is where the disgrace sits. How can a child reared in these times, in the schools where this sinful behaviour is taught as being right? They can’t be accountable for this sin as they are children brainwashed with no opportunity to hear the Truth. This is coming from a small minority, who are quite militant in their aggression,
who seem to have the ear of the leaders and yes, it’s a real problem. Probably why Christ said it would be more tolerable for Sodom and G than for this generation. Israel, there is maybe a more careful way you can communicate your beliefs, but just the same you are to be congratulated for at least causing the hypocrisy and hidden agendas to be exposed. Let’s hope the average person can see it as it really is. Trust in God and Stand in Awe and cease to sin and what sin is, needs to be taught right from the top down. That’s what it’s all about.

Blessings from just one of the many out here.

  4. Hello Mr. Folau.
I support you 100%, and I sent the letter below to the Herald Sun newspaper in Melbourne — I hope they see fit to print it !!!

ISRAEL FOLAU : PORTRAIT OF A CHAMPION.
Israel Folau is an undisputed champion rugby player,
weather it be League, or Union, and always gives his all,
representing the country he loves, neither asking, nor
    expecting, more than his due.

He is a man of conviction, both on, and off, the field,
never taking a backwards step on the field, and now,
off it, standing tall, fighting for his right to free speech.

He cannot be faulted for such a stance, but the same
cannot be said for those incessantly baying for his blood,
    because of his religious convictions.

    “Let he who is without sin . . . . . .”

We may not all agree with his views, or what he has to say,
but we, all of us, should stand tall behind him, holding high
our banners, declaring his inalienable right to express those
    opinions, without fear, or favour.

There are many people who feel as you do, Israel, and I
do hope that these dark days will quickly pass, and you will
return to the sporting field, to make the winning contributions,
only you can. I’m proud of you!

John Kruger, (19 Highcombe Crescent), St. Albans, 3021.
