    I am having a problem with a customer service representative name “Zofia” and I would like to get to a higher authority before filing formal complaints. The representative committed to refund the $88 I paid for a dress that did not fit my extremely tiny daughter. However, when I saw my credit card statement, I saw that she only refunded $56.02. This should have been a simple thing and this woman is making it very difficult to work with your company. I can write to the highest levels of your organization and file complaints in the US with the FTC and BBB. But, I would prefer to just speak to the right person and get this corrected with formal complaint for leaving negative feed back on multiple channels. I just want my entire $88 purchase refunded. And this Zofia isn’t helping.
