On the 21st day of May 2020, I saw a beautiful ring at your store. I tried it on and it did not fit. The operator no.86762, fitted me and my ring size was an ‘R’ and she said that it would be covered in the jewellery care plan which would be an additional $54.00. Two weeks later, on the 4th of June 2020I went in with the final payment, after I paid the girl told me that it was more than $54.00 because it was the end of your financial year and prices went up, and in additon to this I had to pay another $30.00 for ring resizing. This was very different to what I was told when I purchased the ring. I was not going to pay anymore money and demanded my money back which I was given. I am glad your company is doing so well that they are happy to give me $549.00 dollars back because you like to keep adding charges which was not made clear at time of purchase. Goldmark was my favourite, not anymore. I will not recommend. My layby number 1195980.
