    I recently visited your store with my daughters, and just wanted to let you know about the exceptional customer service we received , My daughters often shop with you and on this occasion we went to your Highpoint store the staff member was excellent . I didn’t get her name but she told me she was from the Werribee store , she went above and beyond in trying to find my daughters size for her , offering alternatives and giving great advice, because we needed it for this week offered us options in order for us to purchase the shoes ,she found us the perfect shoe at northland. When we went to the northland store the young lady was also helpful , I’ve worked in retail for over 20 years and am a great advocator of giving customers an exceptional customer experience .. Well done to you and your staff and will be suggesting to my friends and to my customers ( I work in women’s fashion) to visit your stores when looking to complete their outfit !

    This is just a general note I wanted to pass on to whoever it may concern – I had applied for a job at your Airport West location, a couple weeks after I did, I got a call and went into your Highpoint store for a small interview. After that interview I was told by the woman who conducted it (I don’t remember her name), that she or someone else would contact me the next day or within two days at the latest with either an answer that I was successful or not. I was extremely grateful that I would be updated either way – I thought that was a nice thing to be told of a decision no matter the outcome – unfortunately that was over a month and a half ago. And just the other week I walked past your Airport West store, and found the sign had been taken down and someone new hired. So the reason I am writing this is because it’s not just for myself but others who I’m guessing this has happened to, in the hope that if your business tells someone they will be notified with an answer either way, it is common courtesy to let that person know they do not have the job so they don’t hang on to false hope or second guess about applying somewhere else just in case. I have no problem with the fact I wasn’t right for the job as I understand that. But next time please keep in mind when you tell someone you will update them, that you do. As it is close to rude for those who need a job to pay bills who are hanging on for an answer.
