Made a purchase last night and it should have been paid with Ourpay like every other order I have ever done with them. It took the whole $80.95 straight out of my bank account. I have sent 3 emails, the 1st one immediately after purchase last night, and have NOT had a reply back yet. Needless to say I will NEVER shop with them again. I was warned to stay away from these guys. I should have listened. DODGY AF!

You have sent my carpet to the old address, and it was changed in my account, not my fault. when I contacted you online your answer was nothing you can do its been dispatched, sorry you can do something, contact driver and inform him the address is not not not 200 Fitzgerald st for valerie cummings but 143 Durlacher st unit 13, this was not my mistake it was yours so please correct it.

This is the most poorly run company i have dealt with in Australia.
no phone no email and a complete nightmare to deal with. Refuse to make a legal refund.
I am now lodging a complaint with consumer affiairs.
