Appalling customer service.
Condescending response when I inquired about sizing on a pair of shorts.
Two sales assistants glared and sneered at me when I couldn’t decipher what a size 4 was.
To add insult to my question a very rude and unsophisticated sakes assisted proceeded to taunt me and warned me “ not to put any make up on the garment”.
I replied “ I don’t wear makeup”,
Then her response was” I’m only telling you!”
Truly offensive and unnecessary customer service representatives working fir Country Road, Burwood should have a reasonable amount of training in how to deal and speak with customers.
This behaviour is completely unacceptable.

I would like to return bring this back this present without the tag as soon as possible. Let us know if I should go back there by taxi again as I don’t drive.
