VERY SLOW DELIVERY- promised 7-12 days – 12 days and still nothing, have received lots of emails offering other products in their range, but if this purchase is anything to go by- I won’t be buying anything else from them – 2 weeks for a parcel for Melbourne to Newcastle – in 2019 ?, maybe in 1919
Purchased Samsung Tablet case 14th January 2019, the case has already started to fall apart on the supposedly hard plastic on the edges. This case has never been dropped, lives most of time on breakfast bar.
I checked with PayPal for purchase date, noticed you charged me for postage which was free if purchase was over $50 which this purchase was.
Extremely unhappy with product and postage charge, very hard company too contact as well, wonder why!
Avoid this company at all cost! Or you will end up paying 10 times the price for your cheap Chinese product, which will ship from China and will take ages. I made an expensive mistake ordering from them, don’t make the same mistake. They will ignore any communication from you, whether it is cancelling your order or get a refund or returning it.

I ordered may 4th 2020 still waiting for my phone case. They already got my money and will not respond to my emails. My order isn’t here soon I will be reporting them. No communication with them at all. It is not good ignoring your customers. Will not do business again.
