Can someone please get back to me regarding my order!

This is the 3rd email im sending as now I feel like I am purposely being ignored and I never would have expected from a company like Asos!!!!

Problem

1) I am still waiting for my tops that did not arrive, even though they are still in stock when I was told they wernt

2) you have just refunded me for 1 top which I clearly stated was an exchange

3) no one has gotten back to me yet after my previous emails

Its going on to a month now, and no one can find my package, they keep saying a delivery investigation team will get back to me within 3 days which no one has followed up, then they said 48 hours, and now they are saying 24 hours, I have chased this up 4 times, I don’t think a delivery investigation team even exists, so can someone please get back to me regarding my package order number is 226687613 thanks.

Regarding my order no 224141225, it was promised to be delivered on or before today, Friday sept 2. I paid you extra money for the privilege. I have tracked the parcel and have been speaking to Toll International who tell me that it’s not even in the country. They also tell me that mine is a regular phone call from an irate ASOS customer for a Friday.

On your part, it is misleading and dishonest and I would like my extra delivery charge refunded to my account immediately. I needed that parcel today and would have organised something else had I have known that you couldn’t deliver it on time.

Your company has betrayed the trust of a faithful customer and I feel bitterly disappointed. Please return my money immediately. I’m even more angry that I’ve wasted hours looking for an email that will speak back to me

Indicating I need a mens size 6. I have checked all conversion charts as you only offer UK sizing on your order list and again the shoes don’t fit. I was happy to pay postage the first time to return the shoes and I then ordered the bigger size but the label still says US size 5.5 even though the EU size I ordered equates to a US size 6. Are these sizes incorrect and is the product genuine because you can’t even get a US size 5.5 in Melbourne stores such as Glue which is one of the stores I was fitted in.
