I have tried to get refund in chat with AVA without success, I have also tried to modify and link the trip to Big members without success. I want Airasia to refund the trip to the same credit card with which I paid the trip.
Wish Airasia come back with answers.

This was untrue, as I had spoken to the Cambodian Embassy in Canberra prior to getting my Emergency passport and they had assured me I could get the visa in Cambodia. I got a flight the next evening with Malaysian Airways, who let me board, and I WAS able to get my visa when I got there. I am assuming that this flight is non-refundable. If this is the case, I now need an email from Air Asia to state your policy for refunds in this situation and if it is non-refundable, to let me know for my travel insurance.
As you can imagine, I am NOT a very happy customer of yours. I went through a hell of a lot of stress, tears and anxiety and I had to re-do my emergency passport again as you can only travel on the days stated. All because you didn’t have your facts straight. All you have to do is speak to the Cambodia Embassy in Canberra and they will confirm this, as I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
A disappointed Clare
