    I purchased tickets for Australian Open on January 20th 2017 on a gift certificate and payed a bit extra for an extra ticket.     I tried to get ed Sheeran tickets today from ticketek. It opened at 1pm at 1.05pn the search for tickets began. It said searching for tickets sit tight. It is now 9.45 pm and it’s still searching. I believe all tickets for the Melbourne concerts are sold out.     I have been charged for Ed Sheeran tickets Order no 49012. I was sent an email saying that I was unable to purchase two sets of tickets on same credit card so therefore they were taken off me.
