  1. because of some system error in Menu log website it didn’t accepted by debit card so i made payment through PayPal and got my pizza delivered. but few days later i found that i was charged twice one through Paypal and one through my debit card. i Contacted Menulog through their enquiries@menulog.com but 4 days gone still no refund and not even a reply.
    What a rip off

  2. On april 9th i ordered through menu log Mc Donalds my order was a total of $37.10, i accidently ordered twice and a customer service rep rang and said they would cancel the second order for me. $74.20 was deducted from my fiances account and know money was returned. $37.10 needs to be paid back into my fiances account. If i could please have someone email me or contact me on 0405340599 that would be fantastic? or give me a contact no. To whom i can speak to about resolving this.problem, i have spoken to Mc Donalds managers and they have said to contact menu log and the Mc Donald.delivery service.

    Thanku ?

  3. I was overcharged 75.88cents. I have tried to contact someone about this but no reply!
I now have department of fair trading chasing up my money

  4. I ordered from Ghin Kopi a Thai restaurant in Melbourne, the food was mostly pre- processed or just short of pre- processed, unexpected when ordering from a proposed Restaurant especially with a 7.1 rating. Also its meat curries duck, pork, chicken etc come with an extra alternative of vegetarian or none under each category strange and misleading, but short of legally culpable. When I state mostly state pre processed the rice did need to be boiled the rest pre processed. Does this place even qualify for menu-log.

  5. Many of the restaurants that advertise through Menulog are dodgy. Why do you allow such shoddy establishments to give your company such a bad reputation, for God’s sake?! It seems at this point, you don’t even care if you fail. I am SICK of ordering through Menulog, only to have the restaurant call me an hour and a half later claiming they are “too busy” to deliver my food. Do they intentionally wait until it is too late for me to call another establishment? If not – what is their excuse for waiting so long? In fact, what is their excuse AT ALL? Why use a third party app if they don’t have adequate staff/drivers to handle the load? In what universe is it acceptable practice to call a customer and tell them you’ve decided you’re not going to honour your end of the bargain after all? I ordered FOOD to come to my house, not a friggin’ private plane! Here’s the thing…..this has NEVER happened to me in my 44 years on this planet when ordering directly from a store. Not one, single time have I ever had a restaurant call me and say “Hmmm…….I’m sorry, but even though we said we would, we’ve now decided that after taking many orders, we now realise that we’re too busy to deliver to your place tonight. Sorry we waited an hour and a half to tell you.” Yet, this is exactly what has happened FOUR times in the past year when ordering through Menulog. The moral of the story is – NEVER order through Menulog, always order directly from the restaurant! How in the HELL is your business going to survive with a business ethic like that?! I’ve given your company so many chances, it’s ridiculous, but after staying at a friend’s house tonight and having the same problem we have had here in my suburb at LEAST three times before, I now realise that this is not due to the crappy restaurants in my area……this goes on everywhere, even in the more “upmarket” districts. I put the blame solely on Menulog, as the couple I was dining with tonight also noted that they have ordered from said establishment for the past ten years with no hiccups, yet tonight after going through Menulog for only the second time, the meal never came, and after a call to said restaurant, were told our order had been cancelled because they were “too busy”. This is the fourth time this has happened (you will have a record of the other times this has happened to me, but tonight we didn’t make a complaint due to this restaurant being my friend’s favourite place to order from – needless to say, they will only order directly from the restaurant in future, where they have never had a cancelation) So, it begs the question…..why do these restaurants, who have always been reliable, become unreliable once they start advertising through your company? This has to be something you guys must look into – my friends and I have a standard joke about ordering through your site if we don’t want to break our diet (because the food never comes……) Seriously, you have to look at why, otherwise decent establishments, fail to deliver once they advertise through your site – I imagine it is because they can’t deal with the extra workload, it seems that the majority of the restaurants that are using your company to garner more customers simply do not have the resources to serve the extra customers. They are unwilling to employ extra staff members, along with expecting one of their one or two kitchen hands to double as a driver, making the wait time that much longer (take Red Rooster Springvale for example – never have I encountered such inadequacy, they may as well have ran their business from a tool shed in a backyard. They gave me three different excuses as to why my meal wouldn’t be coming – finally settling on the driver being gone for hours and not knowing his location – they wouldn’t answer their phone, despite several calls, they were dismissive, rude and accusatory – which is absolutely unacceptable when dealing with customers THEY shafted, and not the other way around. They are essentially an exaggerated version of everyone else I’ve had to deal with when there is an issue ordering via Menulog. None have been pleasant, and all have blamed Menulog as the source of the problem. What to believe? Is it you, or is it them?) Whoever is to blame, the question is, what are YOU going to do about the situation – it is YOUR company, after all. Are you going to continue to let charlatans muddy your name and offer your customers FIVE, WHOLE, DOLLARS whenever they end up having to go to bed hungry? (Hint: $5 bucks DOESN’T make up for an entire night’s hunger pains, along with a lengthy argument with the manager of the restaurant I ordered dinner from. We don’t want a voucher – we want the MEAL WE ORDERED, and we’re happy to pay for it if it would bloody well come! So work on THAT issue – not on your stupid, $5.00 coupons, which don’t even cover a serve of chips.) At the rate you’re going, I have no reason to ever order through you guys again, and I would suggest to anyone else I know to also order directly through the restaurant. Screen the establishments you allow to use your name, for God’s sake!
    Thank you.

  6. Placed an order at 7.15 and 1/2 hr later still no confirmation. Tried calling the restaurant only to find out the number does not exist??? What is the problem – there is no customer service number to contact menulog!! I will not ever order again through you & will contact consumer affairs if my card is debited. Very poor business & I will post to everyone I know. Shocking

  7. I have ordered food over an hour ago and the restaurant has not received my order. No one at menulog will answer their phones. Menulog, I’m never ordering from you again. And I will need my money back or go to consumer affairs.

  8. I ordered chinese food through Menulog on 20 aug 2016. he food neer came anf Menulos contact number is in Manila and the cant contact Australia. So I got NO food no email, just a confirmation number at end of transaction. I went down to the resteraunt which is close by and complained, but they said Menulog does it all the time. I checked with Visa and payment to menulog was confirmed. after being promised a refund by Menulog I am still waiting and its the 29 Aug. DONT BUY FROM MENULOG SITE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Now I’m expected to go to my bank branch to complain and get refund. So for 25 bucks I’m going to let it go, I will never buy food online again unless they offer CASh delivery…..I suggest you do to.

  9. Hi, we are korean fried chicken restaurant in hurstville. we would like to join with you as partner so we can put our menus on your system and use your delivery system. please contact me about this. thanks
Im usually busy so i prefer to contact me through email or text first.
    thank you.

  10. That’s nothing compared to what they do to restauranteurs. They domain name hijack ie let say restaurant is yuckythai.com.au they purchase yuckythaisydney.com.au, put up a website and have the audacity to say ‘authentic yucky thai website’. What this does is compete (SEO) with the restaurant’s genuine website, yep you got it they are further up page 1 Google, people order and restaurant cops about 13% loss. What’s more they hijack Google business pages (the stuff with the map on the right hand side). Despicable, these restaurant owners work 70 hours a week, for the likes of these delivery heros just to skim their profit. Best thing take a stance order direct.

  11. I have just ordered from Eaton Indian Restaurant in Eaton, Western Australia. Menulog has processed my payment and then sent me a message to advise me that the Restaurant cannot complete my order. “We are really sorry, Eaton Indian Rest… cannot fulfil your order ZN2X9NP. Please try another restaurant at http://www.menulog.com.au
Can you please refund my money?

  13. Do not ever use Menulog, placed an order was charged for that order the order was never placed with the restaurant and now they refuse to refund my money!

  14. STOP changing the menu FFS, This is the 2nd time you have changed how you order off the menu and now I cant take items off pizza baked spud etc. Why do I get booted from PayPal straight to your signup page via facebook with NO notice if the order was paid for or the transaction has been approved sort your shit out !!!!
