Luke Mitchell is an actor and model from Australia. Luke is known for his role of Chris Knight in Neighbours and Inhuman Lincoln Campbell in Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Luke Mitchell was born (17th April, 1985) in Gold Coast, Queensland. His parents divorced, his brothers are into laws tennis. He attended Nerang State High School. He trained at Film and Television Studio International under professionals like Iain Gardener, Joss McWilliams and Kim Krejus etc. Luke joined Sudden Impact Entertainment and did live theatre shows with them.
He auditioned for the role of Chris Knight on Neighbours and appeared for 11 episodes. In 2008, he filmed a gay-themed romantic drama Performance Anxiety. He also played the part of Will in third season of H2O: Just Add Water in Gold Coast. He moved to Sydney and played Romeo Smith in Home and Away and won Logie Award for Most Popular New Male Talent for this role in 2010. He left the show in 2013.
He then appeared as John Young in The CW’s Tomorrow People. Luke then joined cast of US series Members Only as Jesse. In 2015, he was selected to portray Lincoln Campbell in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and later on was made a permanent character.
He married Rebecca Breeds in 2013.
