    Hello My name is Kathryn Beasley I was i touch with you a few weeks ago re a serious problem with a remote control boat we purchased for our grandson .That the battery pack caught fire.Your staff member was very helpful and I must say I cannot fault your customer service at that time .Unfortuneately the replacement one that we received will not work either because It has a broken yellow wire.We then tried the other one we purchased for another grandson for Christmas and what we can’t believe is the remote control has a loose broken control button.We are both very disappointed and feel there is nooing in U.S. Getting anymore when there is obviously a serious quality control issue with these .Could you please organise a refund for both for us ASAP.as we now have to find something else for the boys.If you need the 2 boats returned please let me know and I will return to sender once refund is organised.Many thanks for your he.p with this matter .

    Cessnock Australian Post had a break in over the weekend. When I went to pick up my Heavy Items, as a Card from Cessnock Australian Post was left in the Mailbox for me to collect x2 Items, as the Items were to Heavy.

    I sent a A700 TY back over 3 weeks ago, but ended up being sent to wrong address, but still a kogan technical support outlet in Melbourne. I was informed by one of your technical support on live chat that would still make it to the correct outlet, even though was wrong address written as had correct with touch laser. I am yet to see or hear bout return, and would like too know if is at a specific outlet still waiting to arrive at proper destination. Thanks.

    A month ago I sent in 4 Dick Smith electronic gift cards in response to the offer of a reimbursement to the value of $25 per card. To date I have currently had no response either by email or phone. I included all of these details as well as my postal address.
    I am aware that others have had contact via email in regards to this offer and I am wondering why I am still waiting to hear!

    I tried to get koganmobile to investigate why my phone was chewing through data. Kogan said its your phone. Turns out when i had my phone investigated privately that it was actually kogan scamming up the usage. The fault is in kogans system. Shame on you Kogan. Scammers.

    The delivery of my new TV from Kogan Reference 3Z8YY69Z
    TV ordered on Saturday 3 Dec,rec email on 5 Dec saying I will be phoned in 24 to 48 Hours saying when delivery will be,rec text on 7 Dec at 5.07 pm saying deliver can be made tomorrow between 8am and 8pm and to text back Yes if OK,I text back no,then text back OK between 2pm and 8pm no response received,on the 9 Dec I sent a text saying “please tell me con u delivery the TV on Monday as somone can be home all day confirm if this is possible thanks Doug”no response,then on the 9 Dec in the afternoon a text arrives saying “Your Kogan\Dick Smith order can be delivered tomorrow.Please respond Yes or No to confirm .Thanks”I sent a text back saying Yes,No confirmation then on the 10 at 12.37 a text arrives saying the TV can be delivered on Monday and text back yes to confirm,then to try and sort this out I rang 1300 304 292 and spoke to Tony who said he would contact the courier company and would phone me back to tell me what was going to happen,after 2 hrs No response so I phoned again and spoke to Tony again who told me he could not contact the courier company and when I said pl can someone help me he hung up on me I rang back and spoke again to Tony who was no help only he would send my problem on to someone on Monday.During this very bad service experience with Kogan I sent two emails trying to sort it out only an automatic response received to one of them.

    I bought a netgear nighthawk Xs4! When I received the modem router it was faulty! The journey began! I tried emailing the problem and waited for an answer two days later I got an email saying they received my email and had put it in the hands of a senior person. I waited four more days still nothing and then an email arrived saying what to do! Yeah! But the email did not have everything that I needed to return the article! Yet again I was foiled so Live chat! Ha no staff available, so leave my email address and enquiry again still waiting!!!! This site is great if all works well! Sometimes the delivery times are a bit slow but everything turns out well! But have a problem and your invisible! Be aware when using this site!!!!

    I bought quite a lot from Logan, recommended Logan to many buyers, luv your prices, products, however, I bought Two vibrating machines, (stand on) late 2016, one that hardly used by me, due to my being in Hospital for 5 weeks & still getting Physio, plus Surgeon stated best not to use until Hardware removed from leg, this, Vibrator been in Vic until my sista went to use last week, following instructions, as did we all, to try get it rocking, to no avail. Please advise. Its way less than 12 months, genuinely can prove ive been incapable of using, need replaced or money in credit for other products. Can i return, & where too? Thank you.     Support is Crap!
    I received goods damaged on arrival.
    Tried 3 times to ring Kogan’s 1300 304 292 number and each time it took me through an automated system and then hung up on me after telling me to have the good’s ID number ready. Then I tried the “start a live chat now” support and was told it wasn’t operating.
    The item is a oil heater. I can see Kogan’s response now – “please ship it back to us to check”. For the cost and the inconvenience, I’m included to dump the crap and just go to a local store and pay a little more. At least I’ll know I’ll be getting undamaged goods and can talk to someone if there is a problem.
    Right pissed off customer!

    I am more and more disappointed with Kogan.

    As I said in my previous email I bought a TV and two blenders and other items from Kogan recently and they were delivered to my PO Box without any problem.

    How is it that now you can’t do it? It is just a small laptop.

    It is just a *&UY^ nuisance thinking of re-scheduling deliveries and all sort of complications and forcing me to be imprisoned in my own flat until you decide to come and deliver the item. Why cannot you do it properly in the first place.

    It is a lie that the Glenside post office doesn’t accept larger items.

    If you at least bother to verify that I have bought items from you and that they were delivered to my po box at Glenside then you will find out that I am telling the truth and you ignorant people at the help desk are inventing excuses.

    So disappointed tried calling Kogan 1300 304 292 at least five times and got cut off half way through each time
    Ordered three lightening to USB cables
    Received them yesterday after two weeks
    One cable doesn’t work !

    Wish there was an easier way of getting through

    I have rung the Kogan number nearly 25 times now and have been cut off every time. I have just received my 32″ agora smart tv. It was installed yesterday and when I got home I was shocked how small it was when I measured it is much much less than 32″ why? I want 32″ not smaller. The box has been collected by garbage men and I want action. Please explain assoonas

    I bought a leapfrog leappad from Kogan and the thing had a faulty on /off button
    I returned it to them and they said it could be up to a month before I hear back from them
    This is poor service
    I recommend you do not buy anything from these cowboys as they just take the money and give no support
    You can usually find any item they sell for the same price but it will be with service backup
    Kogan are useless

    Do not try to talk to an executive the ph no they give here just tells you to put your question in an email and they will get back to you, I have waited over 24 hrs still nothing, for such a big company this is disgraceful. I have tried to fix my problem for 3 mths I get the wrong answers only to be emailed later and told sorry, would never use again would sooner pay more

Numerous email sent with only one reply & that was only after I threatened the with The Department of Fair Trading.Do you corporates care about your customers,I think not.I will now be filing a complaint & I urge others to do the same.It may just give them the kick in the arse they apparently need.
