I visited the Jeanswest ‘Central’ store at Mt. Gambier, South Australia over the weekend and would like to give the highest praise to your staff member Sarah Cram.
I attended with my nephew and two young nieces. We were shopping for outfits, in particular for the 16 year old who is very self conscious about her appearance. Sarah was very sensitive to my niece and went above and beyond what she needed to do. At first my niece was very shy but by the end of our visit she was so excited about all the clothes we had purchased. This was due to the care Sarah showed her and the confidence Sarah gave her showing her how to wear different combinations of clothing and encouraging her to try on things she would never had done by herself.
One of the reasons we were shopping was for their grandfather’s 70th birthday celebration and on the night both my nieces were so proud of their outfits, in particular the 16 yer old.
Once again I would like to thank and praise Sarah she would have to be one of the best people I have ever dealt with in retail and Jeanswest should be very proud of her.
