    Just arrived back from holidays to find a box from you left at our front door. It has been sitting there from 31 December 2016 it is now 2 January 2017. We did not order this as we cancelled any further deliveries a couple of months ago. Also $69.00 was taken from our bank account. I would appreciate it is someone could call me on 0418 231 216.

    Just arrived back from holidays and a box has been left at our front door from you. We didn’t order this and have only used your service once a couple of months ago, and cancelled any further deliveries at the time. This last delivery was delivered on Saturday, 31/12/16 and we arrived home on 2/1/17, hence the box has been sitting there all that time. I have noticed $69 has been taken out of our bank account. I would appreciate it is one of your reps could contact me asap either by email or phone on

    We ordered our first box, called late the night it was supposed to be delivered and told it would be there in a few minutes, then contacted by SMS 90 minutes later to inform us that HelloFresh had damaged the box and would not be delivering anything to us this week.

    We called to complain (after missing dinner the night before), and after half an hour HelloFresh finally compensated us with a $25 credit towards our next purchase (of $190). So after screwing up our very first delivery, HelloFresh thought the best way to retain us as customers was to ask for another $170.

    Customer service is appalling!
    It seems that the customer service people don’t understand English. Their replies are full of polite phrases which don’t addresses the issues. I’d say they cut and paste for their replies.
    I’ve had three major problems with them in two weeks. Cancelled my subscription, yet the only refund they’re offering is a credit towards future purchases from them. With 12 missing ingredients I could not make any of their meals. By law I should be refunded, as what was delivered was not as described. And after I gave eight days notice I needed to skip a week they charged my account and sent a box as they said I’d notified them too late. They later said I had skipped a delivery, but it was for a different week. I must have had emails about it from half a dozen different people so far. All ask different questions.
    I liked the vegetarian recipes, but the inefficiency and inability to deal with problems means I won’t use HelloFresh or recommend them.
