Hi, I returned a Garmin Vivofit hr to Harvey Norman Wangaratta, this was the 3rd one I have returned. A salesgirl did get it working. When I told the manager that it was the 3 Rd faulty one( since December2015) he told me my warranty started with the first unit, so it was approx6 months used. I would have thought when I got a new unit my warranty started again. Can you confirm which is the case. Also he said he couldn’t give me a refund until it was looked at by Garmin, is this your policy or Harvey Normans? Needless to say after having3 break down I wanted to get another brand, although having said that I have a vivofit2 and it has worked perfectly. Hope you can help me regards Peter Annal
I have a Garmin 510 which when I arrived in Italy and saved a ride and shutdown . When I restarted it everything had been completely wiped
This was very annoying so I set up again and again after yesterday’s ride Garmin working ok but went flat
After charge again no history of any rides or even when I plug into computer

I have a registered Garmin Nuvi 2597 and this last time I have tried to update it it has not fully updated, but wont stop “updating”.??? It has a message that states “installing 1 item” with no “… ?? minutes remaining”.
What is happening??
Also is it possible to have a different spoken language on this device? I used to have an earlier device (which was stolen from my vehicle) on which I could change the spoken language from English to Chinese (my wife is Chinese), but with this one I cannot seem to do that, why not??
Also on the older device I was able to change a speed-zone by tapping on the “speed-zone indicator” on the screen, and then update or change that speed-zone,, why is this not possible on this device??

I received an email from Garmin about the Epix GPS watch, on special for Father’s Day. The email indicated that was for purchase through the online store, but I can’t find an Australian online store.
