I received my order today and was highly surprised to see that it is not the Fisher-Price My Potty Friend but rather an imitation. Images used on the DShop website as well as the product description is that of the Fisher-Price product. I am therefore seeking a full refund as soon as possible.

I paid for gym equipment two weeks back and I did not receive anything they ignore my messages since then.
Brought your workstation desk 607-R the no real instructions on thw one piece of papper and all in chinese the individual pieces all in chinese absolute mind boggling no step by step guide in english at all tried to ring your number goes diret to voice mail not happy again…. tried to ytube for assembly instruction nothing to be found. Am very disappointed with their service. Bought a bedside table and got delivered with the missing parts. Initially they responded quickly to the inquiry and said that the missing part will be delivered as a new order. Its more than 2 weeks now and nothing got delivered. Despite of constantly chasing up no one replies or bothers to reply or solve the issue. The phone number goes straight to voicemail. Now the bedside table has become a useless stuff for me. Just beware of these people and I would strongly recommend not to buy anything from these people.
