  1. dodo has the worst call centre I have ever delt with over 20 calls and emails and they still get it wrong they passed me to 4 different operators in one 40 minute call still would not listen or couldn’t understand problem take you money then try to disconnect you WORST EVER

  2. For 2 days now, I have been trying to contact technical support on 0382566701 and each time I am told that it is closed.

  3. I have been harrassed by a dodo salesman from the phillipines. I am on the do not call register and I asked politely the second time he rang not to do so again. I have now had over 20 calls in thr last 5 days. The worst thing is that dodo are uncontactable to make a complaint. I rang many numbers which all offered the same menu but no human contact. I had to finally press the number for new customer ie someone who wanted to sell me something but that was also in the phillipines. I am ending my dodo account and if i can be bothered I will make a formal complaint to the ombudsman. The arrogance of the company in treating customers so appallingly is unbelievable. They are not even employing in australia.

Have been trying to talk to some one,to help me re a $50 card for signing up with insurance.it is like chasing your tail.no one seemsto have the answers,you are redirected to different departments promised they will call back.still waiting.i think next time my insurance is due ,I will look elsewhere.

I’m no longer a customer of dodo Internet, when I rang to cancel my account I was threatened with an exorbitant early cancellation fee, which was incorrect, regardless of my explanation that I wasn’t on a 24 month contract the threats still came, I was told that no provider could offer the NBN speeds I was quoted by my new provider, incorrect, I’m now enjoying at least 4 times the speed dodo offered(and for $5 a month less), the consultant I spoke to was arrogant and insisted on asking rediculous questions before he would cancel my account, in summary I would not recommend dodo to anyone looking for an internet provider, I will be cancelling my dodo energy account in the near future also, unprofessional behaviour like this should not go unpunished.

    this is the price we pay when all call centres are located off shore. not only do you have to deal with language barrier but the lack of technical issue even at the most basic level is appalling. stay away from Dodo

  9. Worst company ever u can think of . Trying to call on these numbers 133636, 0382566701 ( which is 24/7 customer care numbers) . NO F……..g response . So much pissed off at the moment. First thing tomorrow I will change my contract. This is the worst company and customer service ever…

  10. I found that people have been trying to phone me and getting a message that my number is switched off or unavailable and to try later. I then found that I couldn’t phone out. I phoned Dodo on my wife’s phone on Mon 6th March. During the 35 minute phone call I firstly had a long wait to get to an operator, then spoke to a person in technical department who wanted all the details and then asked me to hold as I was to be switched through to a technical person! A long wait. then a person answered to ask me all the same details again! During the call there were a couple of please hold on, more music, and eventually she told me that it was an Optus Network problem. Now you’d think they would have known that. She then said something about it would get fixed and that she would speak to the manager – hold the line. i thought I was going to speak with the manager but she came back on and lo and behold i tried my phone and it worked. She had me phone out and also get a call in – I did these to and from my son’s phone. it was working. Great. Then yesterday morning it wasn’t working and then started to work again. This evening friends phoned my wife to tell her that my phone was unavailable etc – same problem. I have just tried contacting Dodo at about 9pm through live chat on their website and find that no agents are available. Great service indeed!

    I’m wondering why this same problem should occur again. I don’t want to have to sit on the phone again for ages to try to get it fixed. i just want Dodo to get it fixed. I’m wondering if other people have been experiencing the same problem,

    Wouldn’t it be sensible if they had an email address or a message system where we could send them a message about a problem with the mobile phone service.

  11. I would like to thank Eunice Ref no: 572463565 for sorting out my finale bill with Dodo. It is very difficult to make contact with Dodo. Even the Chatlive did not respond to my 3 messages. It took 30 minutes to eventually find a number where I was communicating with Eunice. Our problem solver took 20 minutes. The matter is resolved to a $10 reimbursement and to revoke my last $100.24 bill which would have been taken off my C/C as I have not contacted Dodo to tell them that I will not be a customer anymore. Surely disconnection after a very long 2 years with a frustrating non service would correlate to the accounts department to not send out another statement for payment. Thank you Eunice for taking the time to finalize my account even though I had to request reimbursement for 5 days. I am entitled to be reimbursed. I hope in future Dodo will be able to honestly offer their customers what they promise to provide.

  12. My connection to Internet ceased on 24/1/2017. I was helpless until a technician spent 5 hours working to reconnect me. I have been signed up with Dodo on 1/6/17 , without getting ok they took money from my acc. , today 2/6/17 they sent me messages that we are in a progress , finally I cancelled all the package ,now I want my money back before I put a complain to the ombudsman and the consumer affair , you can’t force people to register or making a false deals .

And still after nearly a year thesame only to tell me fro manilla the is nothing wrong and ut does not drop out .its fastrating my whole family is creazy we only imagen thats it drops out.   18. I regret to inform you that I am very disappointed with the service. Three weeks back I had paid $143+ to activate unlimited data plan. Till now the service has not been activated. Each department is giving a different view point on the inactivation of the internet. One department says service is activated and other dept says the phone line is connected to unit 8.
    Telstra called me to inform that the Unit 8 line has been disconnected by DODO and DODO has not done the line connection correctly.

    As a customer I am not receiving a good service and I am been told to spend more from the pocket at this stage due to the inefficiency from DODO team.

    I would be grateful if someone can atleast tell me if DODO can give connection or not.

    I cancelled my Voip Internet/broadband service on or prior to 23rd of October, and you have been continuing to charge my account. Please would you ensure that you and your accounts team are clear that they are not to continue to charge my account. Also, please would you refund the $72 AUD you charged me for the November Account.

    When I sought to have my account cancelled, your customer service team contacted me to ask me to speak to them with regard to this. I am not able to do so for personal reasons. Please would you just ensure this takes place, or I will contact Telstra Corporate Head Office directly.

    This has happened to me previously also. I cannot fault the very good Dodo internet service, but the accounting at Dodo is not very efficient and I have been overcharged previously by approximately $350.
