    I have the same problem with returning items. It doesn’t matter how many times I chase up the lack of information for returning item, I never receive the information as stated by Brandsexclusive. Returning an item is a major drama. Other sites are easy and efficient, not this one.

    Hi, I tried to get online today, and my email and password were not accepted. Looking into my details I found my old email address and old credit card details. I found no way to update, but I have been using my new email since Jan 2015 and have updated and made a purchase using new credit card and email. It’s all very confusing. So here it is again email ” mivi2@bigpond.com. Also I use MasterCard as I no longer have Visa credit card. We have been away for a long time but all up I have been a customer for 4 years. With very few issues a happy customer. I have made a purchase two weeks ago ( using my new details) which has an issue ( faulty zip on bag ) I hope this confusion with old details can be sorted promptly, as I need to purchase another bag for present in November .     I have been given the run around for a couple of weeks in regards to a faulty bread machine I get please accept our apologies we are chasing it up,with our supplier, I have sent a photo now a video of a machine that doesn’t work, all I want to do is send it back but no one will tell me what to do.
