Robert Alfred ‘Bob’ Morley is an Australian film and TV actor who did his roles in theatre for starters and then appeared in TV series and films. He is present in the industry since 2005.
Bob was born on 20th December, 1984 in Kyneton, Victoria. His mother is Filipina and father was Australian-Irish descent. He has 3 siblings to grow up on a farm in Kyneton. He studied drama till 11 and after that he dropped it. He took up engineering for his graduation but after a year, he enrolled for Creative Arts at La Trobe University and got an agent.
Bob started his acting career by taking in university’s plays, theatres productions and short films which included Failing to Perfect and Tale from Vienna Woods. He appeared in a horror film, Dead Harvest in 2005 and as an extra on Neighbours. Then he got a part in Angels With Dirty Faces which earned him a role in Home and Away and he joined this series in 2006 as Drew Curtis. He was nominated for Logie Award for this role.
Bob appeared in second series of It Takes Two, an Australian Celebrity Singing Competition in 2007. He joined The Strip in 2008 after leaving Home and Away and then in Scorched in 2008. He then appeared in a play Palindrome for a Dead Poet, in 2010, season 4 of Sea Patrol, Australian Thriller Road Train (2011), Neighbours as Adian Foster, Blinder (2011) and returned to Neighbours in 2012. He was reported to be cast in The CW’s The 100 and he filmed Lost in the Water City in 2013. He is also known with the name Bobby Marley.
